Saturday, February 18th at 10 a.m.-- Maeve Gilchrist Workshop, "The Liquid Lever", to be held at Becky Foreman's home.

Saturday, February 18th at 7 p.m.-- Maeve Gilchrist in concert at the Bouleys' home.

Saturday, March 10th at 3 p.m.--Chris Vivona's students will be performing in a harp ensemble at Rincon Congregational United Church of Christ, located at 122 N. Craycroft Blvd., just north of Broadway Blvd. This will be a great concert! Please come out and support fellow SOPHIA members Chris Vivona and Naomi Orchard!

Saturday, March 17th at 8 p.m. and Sunday, March 18th at 3 p.m.--The Mosaic Harp Trio with Pat Watrous on flute, Ann Weaver on viola and our own Trish Harris on harp will be performing in Bisbee. More information can be found at http://artentree.net/loveofmusic.html

Saturday, April 7th at 10 a.m.--The Tucson Symphony Orchestra's Flute, Viola and Harp trio (Trish Harris on harp) will be performing a "Just for Kids" concert at the Oro Valley Town Hall. This event features young harpist Claire Thai. Claire, age 12, has written a piece for two harps, viola and flute and will also join the trio in ensemble format.

Sunday, April 15th from 11:45-12:15 p.m.--Becky Foreman will be in concert at Christ Church United Methodist, 665 N. Craycroft Road, playing early music duets for two harps and also solos of Latin music. The concert is free!

Sunday, April 15th from 1-3 p.m.--Celtic Harp Circle at Celeste Roger's home. Bring your harp, your Tunes to Go book, and a dessert to share.

Saturday, August 25th at 2 p.m. -- Sheet Music Fundraiser at Becky Foreman's house! Bring something yummy to share and any new or used harp music that you no longer need to the meeting. It will be put on sale for purchase by the harpists in attendance. Proceeds go towards the SOPHIA group. Becky has pedal/lever harps available if you wish to test drive the music or to play a solo or two. Directions to Becky's will be sent out in August.

Sunday, September 2nd at 7 p.m.--Sunday Jazz Jam at the Old Pueblo Grill featuring Christine Vivona on harp, Rob Boone on piano/trombone, Cory Boone on drums and Jack Wood on bass.

Sunday, September 23rd from 1-3 p.m.--Harp circle at Mary Bouley's house. Mary will provide the refreshments. Bring your harp and your Tunes to Go book. Directions to Mary's house will be provided in September.

**Ongoing Event**--Every 2nd and 4th Tuesday night from 7-8:30 p.m. at the Rincon Market--Celtic Slow Jam (exceptions: Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks). This event is suitable for beginning harpists who can play chord progressions from leadsheets in basic keys and who would like to gain experience playing with others.

Saturday, October 6th at 10 and 11:15 a.m.--The Tucson Symphony Orchestra's Flute, Viola and Harp trio (Trish Harris on harp) will be performing two "Just for Kids" concerts at the Tucson Symphony Center on 6th Avenue south of Grant. These concerts will feature young harpist Claire Thai. Donation: $3.

Sunday, October 14th at 2 p.m. at St. Phillips Church hall--The "Christines" in concert--Christine Vivona on harp and Christine Harper on flute.

Saturday, October 20th at 2 p.m.--Rehearsal for the Little Angels' Procession at the home of Trish Harris.

Saturday, October 27th at 2 p.m.--Rehearsal for the Little Angels' Procession at the home of Trish Harris.

Saturday, November 3rd at 4:30 p.m.-- We will play harps as part of the Little Angels' Procession Event at Armory Park.

Sunday, December 2nd at 2 p.m.-- Our Holiday SOPHIA Gathering. Bring something delicious to share, a harp if you wish to play Christmas tunes and your holiday spirit!

Sunday, December 16 at 2 p.m.--Ensemble performance of Christmas harp music at the Mini Time Machine Museum of Miniatures.
